Identity regeneration by transformation is focused on an abandoned cigarette factory in Zevenaar (The Netherlands). The city is in need of a new impulse and by transforming the factory a possible solution is provided in the form if a biological food center with a wholesale, a markethall, an agricultural school, offices, dwellings and retail.
