The research-based design project starts from the research about Doughnut economics, Phalanstere and European market house, the objective is to design a city hotel located at the Keizerstraat, adjacent to the Nieuwmarkt Square, attempting to provide different services to the market place and share culinary knowledge with young people who don't know how to cook.
